This study is “The Biblical guide to earning, spending, saving, investing, giving, and getting out of debt”. After the announcements and event updates, our young adult ministry pastor, Segun (pronounced "sheh-goon") or a guest speaker will teach a message from the Bible that encourages you to love Jesus Christ wholeheartedly and love people compassionately.After the message, young adults will be divided into smaller groups where they'll have the opportunity to interact with the sermon and discuss real life application. The evening then concludes with one more song and intercessory prayer (for those who need it).For young adults who don't have to rush home, we have snacks in the lobby and volleyball in the gym, so please feel free to hang back after the service.

These are some of the behaviors we will address in a new 13 week study that will explain our need to gain approval of others, while we try to control all circumstances. In a Christ centered program, we will explore what it means to have healthy relationships and take care of ourselves in the process. DescriptionAre you the one always “giving” or always “giving in”? Do you try to please everyone, and feel responsible for their happiness? Are you always meeting everyone else’s needs, even if it’s detrimental to yourself? These are some of the behaviors we will address in a new 13 week study that will explain our need to gain approval of others, while we try to control all circumstances. In a Christ centered program, we will explore what it means to have healthy relationships and take care of ourselves in the process. If you can identify with these behaviors, we encourage you to sign up and join us. Classes will begin on Thursday, September 25. Relief Bus - South Bronx

DescriptionGrace Church has had a longstanding relationship with the Relief Bus, a mobile outreach that serves the homeless and less fortunate in New York City and Newark. We now have the 2015 dates for volunteer opportunities. The Relief Bus asks that we bring 8-10 volunteers per trip. The group would carpool from Grace to their headquarters in Elizabeth. DescriptionIf you have never run at all, this group is for you, if you are an accomplished runner, there is a place for you as well. There have been participants from 7 to 74, so age is also not an obstacle. You will complete a study that explores the parallels between what it takes to have an enduring faith and what it means to be an endurance athlete, as well as what God’s Word says about taking care of your body. This class will be accepting anyone interested in running their first 5K, 10K or half marathon, or if you are already a runner, improving your running goals at any of those distances.

Financial struggles are one of the biggest stressors for families and marriages. Why not begin the year with a committed effort to get a handle on your finances and get to a place of freedom and peace of mind? Beginning January 11, register for “Your Money Counts” published by Crown Financial Ministries (www.crown.org). This study is “The Biblical guide to earning, spending, saving, investing, giving, and getting out of debt”. We will be offering it on Sunday mornings beginning January 25 from 9:00-11:00 A.M., in the Church Office basement conference room and is open to men, women, and couples. The Remix - Young Adult Worship Service

DescriptionREMIX meets on Tuesday nights at Grace Church Netcong. The evening begins at 6:00P.M. with the worship band leading us in a few upbeat songs. After the announcements and event updates, our young adult ministry pastor, Segun (pronounced "sheh-goon") or a guest speaker will teach a message from the Bible that encourages you to love Jesus Christ wholeheartedly and love people compassionately.After the message, young adults will be divided into smaller groups where they'll have the opportunity to interact with the sermon and discuss real life application. The evening then concludes with one more song and intercessory prayer (for those who need it).For young adults who don't have to rush home, we have snacks in the lobby and volleyball in the gym, so please feel free to hang back after the service.
