DescriptionParents: Looking for a place to bring your preschooler during the week? Want to make connections with other parents who are home during the day? Beginning September 4, Grace Church will once again be hosting Once Upon a Storytime, an interactive story time for you and your little one. Designed for kids 1 to 5, your child will enjoy a typical preschool circle time, which will review the Bible lesson from Sunday, as well as another children’s literature book. After circle time, we will have the preschool wing converted into centers for your child to learn, rotate and enjoy. Cost: Free, however, you do need to register! Both teams are leading their respective divisions and it should be a barn burner. Fireworks after the game for all to enjoy, so bring out the family for a fun night of baseball. No experience is necessary, curriculum is provided. It takes a small amount of planning time during the week, and less than one hour on Sunday morning. If you have a partner that you might be most comfortable teaching with, ask them too! Please plan to join us Saturday, September 6 at 9:30 A.M. for training and help us ready our classrooms. Training will be held at 9:30 A.M. in Room 200 and will include a continental breakfast.

Date Night Challenge Event '14

DescriptionWe will be hosting a date night B-B-Q at Grace. An evening filled with powerful moments of learning, mouth-watering food, enjoyable games, valuable door prized and best of all... you're reserviing some time together with your sweetheart. The event is for couples in ever stage of life: dating, engaged, married, married with children, those with grown children. We would be thrilled if many different generations were represented and came out as we raise up generations of families that are built to last. Our menu will include pulled pork, hamburgers, hotdogs, salads, etc. Lawn games will be open to all who wish to participate and table games will be provided for those who wish to stay indoors. The cost for all this is only $30 per couple! If you sign up in advance, childcare is available for children, infants to 6th graders, at a cost of $5 per child. Please note that children must enjoy a meal at home before the event.
