Whether it is you or someone you love facing difficulties, it is our desire to help, spiritually, emotionally, and physically; all through the power of Christ’s Spirit. The  Care Ministries  at Grace Church exist to come alongside individuals facing a variety of needs with the goal to raise up generations of families that are built to last. May you be blessed! STEPHENS MINISTRY: Our trained laypeople are equipped to provide high-quality care to those people who are experiencing a crisis or     difficult time with ongoing, one-to-one Christian care.  Such crises include hospitalizations, victims of disasters, terminally ill people and their families, joblessness, chronic illnesses, and the like.  Please contact  Cameron Baker for more information at cameron@grace4families.com.

EMAIL PRAYER CHAIN: Grace Church has close to one hundred people praying for the needs of others.  If you are in need of prayer or would like to join this team, contact Mary Ann at maryann@grace4families.com. 

SPIRITUAL COUNSELING: Spiritual counseling at Grace is focused on the spiritual and emotional well being that can be   attained when living a life pleasing to Christ.  We offer a Christian approach in spiritual counseling in the name of Jesus Christ.  Our pastors and lay counselors uphold the belief that the Bible is the Word of God and  teach that biblical principles applied to all aspects of life can lead to healing.  Let us walk along with you during your time of need.  For morE information, contact Cameron Baker at                    cameron@grace4families.com

PEACEMAKERS: Peacemakers is a group that helps people seek reconciliation between believers who are            experiencing discord with one another. Contact Cameron Baker at  cameron@grace4families.com if you need help in this area.

HOSPITAL VISITATION: Our hospital visitation team is a group of individuals who are trained to offer visits of        encouragement to those who are hospitalized. You must contact the church office to let us know of the hospitalization at 973-347-0667. 

DIVORCE CARE: A 13-week group that meets every first Sunday of the month from 6:30-8:30 PM in room 204.  DivorceCare is designed to provide support and biblical guidance for those who are facing divorce or have already gone through divorce.  For more information, please contact Steve or Tracy Heady at sheady521@optonline.net.

GRIEF SHARE: A special 13-week seminar and group for people    grieving the loss of someone close.  Each GriefShare session includes a video featuring top experts on grief and real life stories.  Small group discussion provides  an opportunity to interact with each other.  It meets on Mondays at 7 PM Please contact Frank or Kathy Rizzo at 973-398-1510 for more information.

ENCOURAGEMENT TEAM: At the back of the auditorium during every worship service at Grace Church, there are men and women  who are there to answer your questions and to pray with you.  There are also many helpful brochures available to assist you in your spiritual walk or to give to loved ones. 

CARE-NET GROUP: Our Care-Net volunteers help others with the practical things of life:  moving, packing, cleaning, rides to  appointments, yard work, etc.  If you find yourself   needing a little assistance, drop an email to Pastor Cameron Baker at Cameron@grace4families.com.  He will be happy to connect you with others who may be able to help.

SENIOR FELLOWSHIP:  On the third Saturday of each month (March to November), our friends 55 and older enjoy lunch and great Christian fellowship.  This lunch is designed for both men and women who are hungry for the Bible and good Christian friends.  They meet from 11:30 AM to  1:00 PM in Room 100.  Contact Sue Healy at whartonsue@yahoo.com.
