VOLUNTEER HELP NEEDED, 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the Month, 9:00—11:45 AM
Do you have extra time on your hands? Do you like children? Are you passionate about helping moms with young children hear the Word of God and be exposed to the love of Jesus here at Grace? Our Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) ministry needs you. MOPS meets two Wednesday mornings a month and we need your help to watch their precious “MOP KIDS” while the moms attend the meetings from about 9:00—11:45 a.m. MOPS International encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and inpartnership with the local church. Mothers of Pre-Schoolers (mops)
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is for all moms with children birth to kindergarten. It's a place for friendship, authentic community, support and growth – because Better Moms Make a Better World. MOPS is a great way to connect with other moms who are in the same life stage, trying to be the best they can be. It is a wonderful feeling to know that you are not alone through this journey of motherhood. It is a place to come and share the blessings and triumphs of being a mom, as well as a place to look for help and advice when you are struggling.
What to expect? Coffee, breakfast, small groups, engaging topics, speakers, crafts and childcare.We invite you to come and join us this Fall as we seek to build friendships, learn from one another and experience the unfailing love of God.
Meetings are the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 9:15-11:30 A.M., in the Youth Room, from September through May. (Childcare and breakfast provided).
September 6: Open House: Come meet the MOPS Kids Volunteers, check out the classrooms and mingle with the moms. It will be a fun morning for all!
How can you get involved?
- Invite a Mom – Let your friends and neighbors know!
- Volunteer for MOPS Kids – Love on MOPS kids during the meetings.
- Become a Mentor Mom – Share wisdom, pray and encourage our MOPS moms.
- Pray for MOPS – To be a light for Christ in our community as we support mothers and families.

Once a month, a group of ladies get together, just to connect. We share stories, advice , parenting fails, mom guilt, celebrations, goals and little victories. We don't judge, we don't attack, we don't criticize, we listen, pray and care about one another. We call this group MOM CONNECTION. We are married moms, single moms, stay at home moms and full time job moms, we are infant moms and grandmas, one kid moms and four kid moms.
